if no teardown, i'd advise being EXTRA careful about disposing of anything. You can bet your ass the cops will be looking for a reason to come to your place if only to bust you for paraphenalia and possession. Your roommate probably needs to go, but consider whether or not he will blab to his other friends or people at the bar why he had to move (bc his roommate was growing) or if he'll get pissed at you and rat you out. You might need to just teardown and wait to grow another day.........and tell your current roommate that you're done growing.

He obviously does NOT respect the nature of what you're doing or even remotely understand the danger he put you in by calling 911. Did he not even ask you to talk him down before calling 911? I've had panic attacks while smoking too, and even though i might have been sure a swat team was at my door and torn down my grow, i never called 911. If you're going to risk growing with someone else living with you, at least make sure they have an acceptable level of common sense.

It might be time to have a discussion with him to let him know just how much danger he has put you in and just how unacceptable it is. Smoking in the house is probably a bad idea at this point too, as if the cops walk in the door again and say they smell mj smoke, they can just search the entire house basically and then you're kinda f'd.

good luck with the situation and making the right decision. Don't let a desire for a lil extra smoke or a lil extra cash in 2 months outweigh that little idea of what a 10x10 concrete box would be like

What everyone seems to b saying is either tear ur grow down OR b extra safe from now on, dnt give the sops a reason to b suspicious!!! ... Is ur grow worth the effort of being extra careful and paranoid or would it jst b easie to get rid of it

I was fuckin shocked. he never came to my attention. i was in my hut, came out, and he was on the phone talking to an operator already. i didnt think he would do something that stupid, but this is also the same guy that went down a huge hill on a snowboard staring at the nose of his board the whole time, eventually plowing into some kid going UP the tow-rope LOL pretty nasty... very trustworthy tho, hes like Lenny, from "Of Mine and Men"(John Steinbeck), but not THAT dumb

Personally I think you are fine. You said the cops left when the paramedics arrived. If they were going to get a warrant they wouldnt have left that fast. They probably figure your buddy got a little too high and got what he deserved. case closed

It takes hours to get a warrant, not weeks or day. I sat handcuffed in a police car while they went and got a warrant. Yes it was illegal to detain me as I was not under arrest but WTF can I do? My lawyer told me I was screwed. All they do is fill out an affidavit, take it to the judge on call (big city) and get it signed. They were back in 2-3 hours.

yes the only freedom we have is in our heads our minds they'll never take that from me. heck down here all it takes is for some1 to say i saw the grow even if they never did see it. Bam a warrant is issued but thats another story lol

Hey bro
I am not saying the cops will be back I even believe there is a good chance they will move on. Just because a cop smells weed does not mean they are going to pursue it further. In a larger city at least they see this many times and if they pursued every instance of smelling weed lol. On the other hand you said it is a small town.

My Advice
I would take another look at IrishSoCo’s post if I were you. Your roommate no matter what the circumstances is going to talk about this. It’s human nature he will tell another friend he freaked out and,”Man was my roommate pissed etc” If this truly is a small town this will get around and if the cops truly are bored and hear this (small world) you could be in for trouble. One thing is for absolute. Your friend will discuss what happened with others. If you think you are the only one he confides in I believe you are in for a wakeup call. Why am I so sure, looking at how he handled the 911 call. I believe you got a glance into how his mind works.This is a unbiased look, he was not your room mate during this advent he was acting on instinct. It was like you were not there and you can tell your security was not his major concern that time and I believe in many other instances. Be Careful.

they've probably shown sex by now so I might take some clones off the females and keep them bonsai style under a couple CFL's in a locked cabinet.

Tell roomie that the grow is gone and everthing is gone

when you move out you can start from clones again.
