Worms, mites and travel. Should I harvest early?

I'm working on my first ever outdoor medical grow and have a lovely little TGA Querkle bush that's got a few bud worms and a moderate spider mite infestation.
I've been digging through it daily removing heavily infested leaves and clearing out any webs and egg nests that I find. Then yesterday I removed 3 budworms, which has me on a bit of a bummer.
Now, she's about 7-8 weeks into flower and looks close to being done and what sucks is I have to travel for a week and no one will be around to give her love and tweeze budworms out before they wreak more havoc than can be controlled.
If I harvest before I leave the buds will have to hang for a full week before any sort of curing can be started. Not ideal, but maybe better than giving it over to webs and bud rot.
I'm growing in a 66 gallong smart pot with organic peat and perlite and manure super soil blend.
I'd appreciate any thoughts on this from the group.
thanks...

if it was me i would harvest it. 1 week with bud rot will destroy the whole plant. u wouldnt think that shit spreads that fast but it spreads incredibly fast once infection takes place if not controlled. its best to get something out of it then nothing at all from ur hard work

Harvest if it close, a week hang is minimum for best quality imo. Just make sure your 100% mold free before you leave it hanging, or it'll be ruined when you get back anyway.
