I think what makes most jobs so shity is the politics. I thought a job in the medical field would be above that but its not. The person who gets the respect there is the girl with the nicest ass or the person who kisses the most ass. The stress of it all is worse than the weed world. Worst part is I cant even smoke now. I am real close to giving it all up and doingn what I love to do most. Dont shit all over me please, I already had a shity day.

Any advice. I think I will just keep to myself. It doesnt make it any easier being the only anglo, who doesnt speak-e spanish when every one else speaks mostly spanish. Makes things hard.

Only advice I can give you is that life is too short. I played the corporate political game for years. Hated every minute of it. With a little luck, I found a similar job at slightly lower pay, with no politics, few hassles, and life is much more pleasant for me.

Look around, they are tough to find, but jobs with good atmospheres do exist, they just usually pay slightly below market.
