Don't use pressure treated wood.

It will be more expensive but I would recommend either cedar or redwood as they naturally resists pests and rot.

Just don't use the green pressure treated lumber. It has a lot of nasty chemicals which will leach into the garden and then the plants. It used to have CCA which stands for Copper, Chrome, and Arsenic. I think it was the Arsenic they got rid of but there is still nasty stuff in there. It stops the wood rot very well by killing all the microrganisms. I got a sliver of that stuff once and it hurt like hell until I took it out.

u will have regrets.. i did.. had fucking black mold growing in the wood.. and all over the place because of the wood.. now its Growbags or pots. in side of homemade wood run off tables.. covered in pandafilm.. so it doesnt rot..

had a buddy do a 3x3 bed with a wood frame.. and had root rot extremly bad.
