What a wonderful and exotic strain this has turned out to be, by far my favorite yet and I have done a few White Widows, a few LSD, Mazar, ICE, White Rhino and some various others and this one blows everyone out of the water in every category. All the way from seed to harvest this strain has been a pleasure. She grows really well and vigorous, I have a thread in Reservoirs forum if you want to know about the growth. So as I begin this report I have myself a nice fat bowl packed and ready for comencement.
Apperance: The look of this girl is top notch. Loads of trichomes and such a vibrant lime green that it stand out drastically when put next to other buds. The hairs are a faint orange color and few are a deep red. The calyxs are swollen and stacked upon one another. The buds themselves are in a long spear type shape but dense.
Feel: The feel of this bud is pretty pleasent as well. At first gblance you think it will be dry almost crispy but it is actually pretty soft yet dense. Squeeze a bud just hard enough to pick it up and it will stick to you. When handling the bud if one was to break up enough for a joint their fingers would almost be wet with THC glands bursting.
Yield: This girl began looking like a lanky scrawny good for nothing sativa. I vegged her for about 3 weeks then into the flower chamber where I trained her under a screen for 2 weeks straight. I ended up with about 10 main tops that had been spread around the screen accordingly and still she looked weak. It wasn't until about the 5th week of flower when I finally started to think she wasn't going to be so bad. At the beggining of week 6 I swapped it over to a 600w HPS that is about 1 1/2 ft away and she really took off from there. I ended up yielding 352grams wet and a total of 3 zips dryed and cured which is far from what I was expecting looking at her size. It was all in the density of the bud structures, great development.
Smell: This smell is UNBELIEVABLE! I dont know wether to attribute it to the SSH Mom or the Williams Wonder. When opening a jar full of these tasty morsels (SP?) it smells very pugent almost like a cleaning chemical of some sort. When further investigating the smell you will begin to smell a bit of gasoline, where that comes from I don't know.
Now lets say you take a bud out of the jar and begin to break it up for a session. Almost immediatly the area you're sitting in fills with what smells like a bucket full of gasoline and over rippened oranges, wierd I know but tasty. As you break up the bud it seems as if the smell and trichomes will never stop. The bud looks almost like a little diamond mine full of crystals and the smell just keep pumping. When you smell your fingers it has a very distinct Haze smell. Very pleasent.
Taste: My favorite part of enjoying the sacred herb! Whether you put it in a bowl, joint, or bong the taste is the same intensity, more so with a bowl but a joint will treat it nice as well. I haven't had the pleasure of vapping her yet but I'm fine with the methods available to me. Your first hit Tastes exactly as the smell hits you. It starts out with a chemical sour like taste and proceeds to become a gasoline spicy flavor. Upon exhale is when she really finishes your pallet off with a blast of citrus and haze on the backside. The smoke is thick and expands rapidly in your lungs. The hits can be a bit harsh once hte bud has been flamed over and the trichs have long since melted on the bud, but do not fear these they are just as tasty as the first. That is a major quality of this bud is that the flavor stays with you and stays in the bowl. Every hit packs an unforseen flavor. On certain dense and super crystally buds I have even had a range of chocolate cherry upon exhale. Very complex.
The Stone: What a feeling! The train comes quick with this one. Upon the first hit your lungs fill up half way and by the time you take the bowl from your lips they are full and feeling great. I really feel this girl in my face. I get a warm rush quickly and a bit in the eyes. My eyes turn into little lead balls that are cumbersome to keep open by the 4th pull. As the high progresses you are moving A LOT slower than before but you're still functional. I generally have really good ideas when high on this strain. It is great day time weed. It is important not to over do it as one joint will keep you feeling nice all day long. The high lasts through out the day even through showers and meals. If you have any sort of anxiousness or pain or nassea this is great for it. I have a really bad back and by the time the bowl is finished I'm hardpressed to know where my feet are let alone my back. This bud really takes you into a world on your own. It's great because it will make you think, wonder, and it will really make you feel hazey, haze, perfect title for this girl.
Well now I am a full bowl deep and my creativeness is through for a while. I hope you all enjoy the report as I enjoyed writing it. To anyone who is interested in this girl please go for it, you wont be disappointed. Oh and by the way this is dryed for 4 days and then cured for about 2 weeks. I have taken some and stashed it around the house for pro longed cures. I set aside a half ounce to be sampled in 3 months and a half ounce to be sampled in 6 months. I will be doing a report of some Super Sweet Cindy 99 in about a month which is looking to be very promising. Here are some pics of Wonder Haze!
