wiring computer fans

can it be done???
i would like to wire two or three computer fans together for air and vent
i see people have them already
i would like to install a couple myself

Wire them in parallel to a AC to DC adapter, rated for 12V (or whatever voltage the fans are designed for, next to "INPUT: x V").

2. got 2-120mm 12vdc pc fans from the shack.
3. wired those bitches in series. = 9.5 volts each
4. hooked them up the converter.
5. BAM. nothin left to do but install them
6. INSTALLED

thanks stickyicky i needed that info not much of an electrician
sorry for the delay i had to do that thing called work its spring break and i am a bartender in sin city
i guess its off to frys to get the stuff
