Wiring a Soler & Palau Inline Fan

I received this fan in the mail and I do not know how to make it so I can plug it into a standard wall socket. Does anyone know how to do this? Do they usually come already wired?

It is a Soler & Palau TD-100X 135cfm inline fan

They don't come wired but, the bigger problem to me was they came with no strain relief doo-dad. Pete Moss finally provided the name and a shot of the packaging used at HomeDepot but, by that time, I'd already ground out the thingamabob the arrow points to and tied a knot in the cord inside the box. The relief itself I built from various plumbing bits.

No S&P in search? WTF? Forums are full of S&P titled threads. Very odd.

Sorry, sloppy writing on my part. The consensus was the proper term is "strain relief" Still, I wanted to include the HD packaging so people could see the bar code. The HD folks just stared at me as I described them. Hell, I even SHOWED them what I was talking about by showing them the backs of saws, fans, heaters ... they still didn't have a clue where to look. I had to @#$%! make my own.
