Wilted & Rootbound

Man I left my girls for 3 days with the hopes and understanding that my plants would be watered by a family member who likes to smoke and lives with me, to my return my stomach just sank. I have some stuff from Cannacopia they are topped about 2 months old just put them outside to flower. They are only in 1 gallon grow bags for now due to money issues. I would like to repot in 3 gallon bags with quality soil and amendments. I have spent loads of time effeort and love watching them grow not to mention the odd stressful moments. My question is, should I even continue on with these or will my harvest be so diminished, even with new soil and love is it worth it or should I invest in some cloning gel and take cuttings off the best? They are Magnum, Bubba and Roadkill. I cut about 50% of the dead foliage off that was damaged. Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated thanks so much from a saddend farmer. AllI have now is my indoor bagseed, they look good though. Oh, I put them outside because I am only using 1 600HPS and thought they would like the fresh air and sunshine. Nobodies fault but mine. Man I'm so bummed I could cry just sick feeling.

re pot and water just like you said
be carefull about putting them in the sun for to long, they need to be hardened for a few hours each day

putting them outdoors right, they will be fine :2cents:

Oh man I have been trimming off dead leaves and watering with a mild nute solution, goin to bring them back indoors in a day or so when tyhey are doing a little better. They look pretty bad though, will this affect the harvest some, not that it was going to be big in the 1st place?

Rootbound will always stunt your plants and slow there growth down almost to a halt and yes if your rootbound in flowering, going into flowering your harvest will be affected some. like brotherbear said, you should repot them. 1 foot tall plants should have at least 1 gallon size pots minimum. You also don't want to put them in too big of a pot either, you need to keep it in the correct size in the middle between not to small and not too big.

Prevention is the best medicine. Don't leave them alone with a proven incompetent babysitter! You have to treat them like real children and follow the same rules. Would you leave your two month old baby with that person? I think not! Maybe, if you talk nicely to the babes, give them the correct food, water, and clothing, along with a lot of love and room to grow, they might forgive you!

Not sure about that, kids tend to hold grudges when their parents neglect them lol. :yoinks:
