at least he didnt get jail time (not that i thought he would). that mushroom charge in addition to the quantity of herb wouldnt be taken lightly on a non-celebrity, thats a fact!

Don't get me wrong, I'm glad that he didn't get thrown into jail. But that is bullshit. What if you or I got pulled over with all of those drugs?? We would be thrown in jail that day! And I remember hearing about the bust when it first happened. They originally reported the bus being stocked with a lot more marijuana and a something like 9 grams of mushrooms. This link says different. Hmm. Who knows what it right.

Maximum fine 500 dollars for possession my ass! I originally got a ticket for paraphernalia that was $500. Six months probation and a fine of only $1024 each. That is way less than my sentence. I was handed a year probation and ended up spending a few thousand dollars for ash in a bowl. Screw this celebrity double standard bullshit.

He was busted in Lousiana, I believe. I could be wrong. But I am pretty sure he got busted on Interstate 10, which is a road I have to travel very often.
