Will this setup work?

Im new here but i have been browsing the forums lately and decided to get ready to start a dwc grow. I have a 4x4x6.5 grow tent. I plan on doing two dwc buckets with cfls for veg. All together 4 23w 6500k cfls. I have been having problems with heat. The tent is upstairs and the room gets to warm. My last grow i had a 600 watt air cooled mh setup with an adjustable ballast and even at 50% with a 6inch 400cfm inline fan i was still running into problems. I have a 5 pack of Granddoggypurple seeds (fem) and im looking to start this weekend. Heres a pic of what i have so far.

i dont see any ventilation ports open... theres a problem.. if your tent is still hot after setup and proper ventilation then your ambient temps arent low enough

Thanks, i think there is about 5-6 ventilation holes all together in my tent. Im going to try opening them up tonight and see what the temps look like then. Im in the midwest and we had a little heatwave the last two days so hopefully after tonight i will see some cooler temps. Whats the highest temp cannabis plants can withstand? Also, will those two cfls be enough to get the seedlings started and veg the two plants?And by ambient temp do you mean the inside temps without anything on or outside the tent? Sorry for all the questions im new to all this. Thanks
