Will This Insulation Off-Gas???

Hey Folks-

Just picked up this foam insulation at HD to mount in the door frame to help seal the room up. I was wondering, should I be concerned at all with it off-gassing? I'll be moving plants into my room within the next week so I wanna make sure there's no potential harm.

It basically looks like styrofoam with a reflective material on one side.

Also... can anyone recommend a good sealant that won't offgas at all?
I'm framing my closet, and will use L brackets to secure the wood in place, but still need something to make it completely light tight around the edges:

As always, any advice or recommendations would be appreciated :tiphat:

Well I ended up just going with silicone caulk for the door framing...

Still don't know about the styrofoam though. Anyone???
