Will S&P TD-150 cool both these tents?

Hi, I have a 48x24x60 (inches) tent for flowering and was wondering if a Soler & Palau TD-150 would cool this and a 36x20x63 (inches) tent together?

Light for 48x24x60 tent is 400 watt HPS & Yield Master II 6" Classic Reflector.

Light for 36x20x63 tent would be EnviroGro FLT24 2-Foot Four Tube T5 Fluorescent Grow Light.
