Will Plants Still Grow if they Grow Pass The Lights?

Yes, but growing past lights will cause stretching, unless the plant is in late flowering where vertical growth has ceased. If you have some plants that are getting out of control, try tying the tops of the plants down, bending over as far as you can without breaking the stem. If you tie it down low enough other branches may begin to grow taller, you can tie those down too as needed. After a few weeks into flowering most strains (except some sativas) will stop vertical growth.

I think any bud sites that do not get very much light end up small and airy. Tying them down so they are lower than the light source will probably help you out a lot.

My lights are at the highest point possible and I don"t have much room to bend because then the plants will be on top of other plants. Plants are at least over 5 feeet tall and I'm in the middle of the 4th week of flower.

You have several options like it was already said, bend them over. roll the stem between your thumb & forefinger. You will feel the stem start to give. Slowly work it till it gets mushy. Move up or down and do the same thing. You want to take your time or you will split the stem. Make sure you do this between nodes. If the stem splits, it may become more susceptible to disease, but it has never happened to my plants. Take a piece of wire coat hanger and bend it to the shape you want your plant to take. Use those rubberized plant twisties, zip ties or string to splint the wire to the stem. The plant will fight it for a few weeks, then harden off and you can remove the wire.
When I grew California Orange bud, I had to bend them in complete circles and it didn't seem to cost me much in yield.

My other suggestion is to simply hang a 42 or 27 watt cfl next to your reflector. As long as it is more than 3 inches from the bud, it should be just fine. Now you can compare resin content btw cfl & hid for about 11 bucks.
Next time don't veg for so friggin long.
Try to post a picture so we might be able to give better advice.
Cheers and happy growing.
