Will a sniffer dog find your plants if you hide them in the ceiling?

Just wondering if one had a few plants, say five small ones, and due to the level of surveillance one was of the opinion that one might get raided soon, what if you hid the plants in the ceiling?
I don't mean grow them up there, but just put them up there during the day when they are most likely to raid, such as early in the morning.
If they brought in a sniffer dog would it pick up the plants in the ceiling? If I did it in my ceiling I would be able to put them in an area that they couldn't see if they just stuck their head up the manhole, they would have to get up in the ceiling.
Would they do this if the dog sat or whatever and gazed up at the ceiling?

duder No Me Ves if you believe your gonna be raided why even take the fkn chance. because they look every where they'll allways peek into the attick. many a person has hid shit up in the attick only to be found nice and neat in 1 package. i had dealing yr n half ago approx outside on street. they told me if we come back it's with a warrant in hand. guess what i did 1st tried to find some1 i trust but he was u north so i had to kill all my plants but the 7 total i'm allowed under my states MMJ law. and even then i was over for my flower limit of 3 plants i cut way more then 5 plants. i wouldnt hesitate to do it again if i had fair warning like before, or even if i thought i was gonna get raided

when i got raided for meth they never found the hidden stash in the drop ceiling. dog was useless as he hit on everything and had to be removed. cops looked but not good enough. plants would be harder to hide tho. they checked everywhere even my mayo in the fridge

Remember, the dog has no issues with you and could not care less, all it wants to do if find the scent that gets it its reward. That is called a dogs drive. Not all dogs are cut out for drug sniffing, but the ones with high active drive to find its toy, you will not fool...But you can beat them. Contaminate the whole property with trimming dust, inside, out side, the yard, the walkway coming to the house.
Make that dog go ape shit on everything, he only wants his toy, but if he is so driven on everything, he can not be used effectively and will be removed. If they bring in another dog with high drive, same thing will happen.
You can't truly fool them, those who say they did got lucky, but you can sure as hell mess with their nose.

lmao this reminds me of being in the army we would be given heads up dogs comen through. so we would take X12 liquid speed which at time could be bought at a german pharmacy n/p. soak the rag w/x12 and dog would go crazy another time we took cayan pepper soaked a few rags and wiped the hallways base boards real good. in turn this just made them tear our stuff up worse tryn to find what we are hiding. of course all stuff was removed we just enjoyed messn with the army's drug dogs lmao.
