Will 36 hours of darkness before flower cause hermis???

I read somewhere that arjan doesthat to his haze strains to control stretch. I think if you put them back on track they will be fine.

I don't think it would, I think switching the lighting changes from how long or short to it would cause it to hermie though. I never seen someone try it; but the way the plant works I doubt it would cause it to hermie without light, your plant is more likely to hermie if the lighting is on a schedule and them changed during flowering.

FLowering is when you get the most changes and stress done to the plant; they are much more touchier in flowering than in veg. It also depends on strain too; always take that into account.

Leaving them in 36 hours darkness is to kick start flowering.
Whether it can lead to hermies. i believe that would be strain dependant.
Ive never had problems with it but dont know if i would put a sour diesel thru that.

NO, you'll be all good. I had my light burn out for right around 36 hours (it was over a holiday, couldn't get a new one). I just decided to go 12/12 when I got a new one.........everything went smooth, not a single herm. 'Twas Nirvana Papaya by the way.
Grow on.
