Hey All!

Here are some pictures that I have snapped during some recent hikes. I thought that they turned out pretty good so I wanted to share them with ya'll.

I do not know the identification of any of the varieties.

Please feel free to post any of your own pictures or comments.

Hello,

Mexicanmafia - Thanks for the compliment. They do look crazy. I was surprised when I came upon them.

DjXero - Nice shots, I especially like the primordia formations on your casing.

Out of curiosity, what strain of cubensis are they.

Thank you :$

All but the last pic are Creeper, the last pic is PF, and they were both ordered from The Little Guy.

I really like the Creepers, but I think next time I grow some out I am going to make tea with them instead of eating them. As I get older the mushies are getting harder on the ol' stomach. :(

I have been known to forage for fungi on occasion. :D

I will post some of my recent nature shots from a camping adventure in Asheville later.

The strain is from Ecuador.

Cool stuff folks, nice memories of stoned expeditions, over 3 decades ago. Wish I new the ones that are safe and fun in my yard, but I do not experiment. Thanks for the pics!

nice Amanitas man!

and Spreading Seed, I believe those are morels of some kind - check it out on here

this is the most incredible online resource:

http://www.rogersmushrooms.com/

morels are considered a real delicacy by some
they are becoming more frequent in populated areas, due to the increase in wood-chippings in gardens etc.

Hi Namkha,
Yup, those were morels all right. About 1 minute after the photo was taken they hit the frying pan!
