wild/landrace seeds while on holiday

has anybody found or collected wild seeds or maybe done a deal with locals while on holiday or backpacking,if so where abouts and how did the seeds turn out ?

I've got some African landrace seeds coming straight from durban, not from me going there but from a friend that lives there. I am getting true durban poison, from durban, swazi red, gold, and black, + transkei limers. I can't wait either, it's been like christmas waiting for these fuckers to get here.

brought back some sativa landrace seeds from india few years ago now. they were field-pollinated and indoors hermied and pollinated all my sensi, so they had to go! i hear that hermie tendencies are common in wild herb.

I started some of the african strains and they are the fastest growing shit I have ever seen, especially indoors, I will try to get pics up soon.

think wild landraces is more sensetive than cultivated indoor hybrids..get stressed easier.

I picked up a sativa landrace from a recent trip to st lucia. smoked the end product with the rasta who grew it, and it was amazing. straight to your head, sky high sativa stone! he called it island skunk haha.
