HAHA its an old story, but too good not to share. Some people just never learn I guess, when you strive to do something illegal, usually best not to let cops in your house...... I wonder if it was a legit complaint or someone snitched.

And speaking of never learning... this guy was just looking to go to jail....

Not to start this conversation for probably the millionth time, but its sad that as soon as you proclaim any rights or knowledge of such to police, they just assume you're guilty...

Here's what happened to me over a year ago & how I handled it.......

"do you have an arrest warrant for me?" (through a solid steel windowless door) "No." "What can I do for you then." "Open the door please sir." "Tell me what you want first." "I have a complaint against you & I won't discuss it through a closed door sir, I'll just leave and take it to the county attorney's office, they'll notify you from there!"

I've been over charged in a single incident by this same county before and I shot them down in court w/a dismissal of all charges, but it cost me plenty in legal fees.


Having nothing to hide and having smoked no weed at all yet that day I knew that opening the door which would allow him peek into the open storage end of my building was harmless to me. Sitting in my wheelchair/walker I decided to open the door.

"Why didn't you want to open the door sir?" "Is that really why you're here deputy?" "No but why wouldn't you open the door?" His question was left hanging by the scornful look on my face and then met w/this response, "If you make any move to grab my door or enter my home I intend to slam the door on you."

he stopped bothering to ask me why I refused to open the door and then continued:


"We have a complaint that you're abusing your dogs, you're kenneling them continually inside and not letting them out often enough."

omfg!!! nothing could be farther from the truth, either the pigs or my fucking neighbor across the way (reciprocal HATE would be an understatement) are screwing w/me. I recently got in my neighbors face over his close association to a meth head, trust me I know that situation & was right. I can see the traffic from my crib and I read the newspaper, most notably the sheriffs report.

"would you like to see their kennel and feeding area deputy?" "Yes sir I would."

wanting to avoid further intrusion by the sheriffs dept and/or the Humane Society for not allowing an inspection of my animals I allowed him to shit on my 4th amendment rights and showed him what is probably the cleanest area of my home, my dogs domain.

they (the authorities) claim that animal welfare reports are considered with nearly the same regard as child welfare claims.

He never apologized for the intrusion but told me that he was very satisfied that my dogs were well loved and very well cared for; he also noted that about 90% of the complaints he has to investigate are bullshit.

By then I was sure I was getting 100% of a bullshit story by johnny law, I'm 100% certain that one authority or another wanted a peek into my crib and this was the way they decided to do it.

If I had refused him entry then I'd look guilty & in defense of supposedly defenseless animals somebody would soon grant a search warrant.


So as a warning to all my brothers and sisters out there johnny law has some devious tricks up his sleeve and is always, ALWAYS! dealing from the bottom of the deck.......
