Why aren't more picturs posted?

Picture worth a 1000 words, etc....... Just curious as to why more pics aren't posted. Is it because: a) no camera b) don't want the exposure c) not into it d) ?? But please post'em if you got'em, we visual learners benefit greatly.

if you are using a cell phone with GPS capabilities,

your picture may have the GPS coordinates embedded in the picture

I have seen in several posts that GPS info is removed from the file when uploaded to IC, Gypsy has our backs.

Some people don't post pics cos they are not growing, they talk like they are but are not. All talk, no show. Some people also don't have a camera.

Supposedly so was EXIF data which includes camera serial #. There were/are alot of pics here that have all their EXIF data ready to be read. The issue may have been resolved since.

But do not trust the site to strip your data.

Taking pics can be a PITA. Take pics, strip them, upload, post them. Delete pics from camera. Then you have pics posted online and and on your computer. Sure you can download pics to a jumpdrive and hide the drive but these are all extra steps.

Truth is once you have been here for a while, pics are no big deal. At least for me

I am here to help others, and gain a little knowledge for my new project. Nobody needs to see pics of my ghetto as hell grow. Hell I am ashamed to post pics cause it is not an example of what I am capable with a bigger budget


I think most are scared to post pics for security reasons

i still think you need a 50/50 with pics, if your a thread starter or asking a question then yes post a pic. Otherwise no reason to do so unless ur showing something. Pictures are worth a thousand words
