Hey guys. I have a question. I was planting a seed this morining and I accidently chipped off the tip of the taproot. Will this harm the seed or will it sprout ok? Thanks.

Anything that happens now is going to affect it..
only me would be daft enough to keep one like that..'cause I felt sorry for it..

I have thrown one of the boys out of the tent..to test the night temps..what they will endure..and he seemed quite happy this morning..not even any leaf shrivel..




I also got a chance to get the f3 girl out and have a measure..
to the eye..she is 33cms x 38cms wide..and she has no more than quarter of an inch between her bottom branches and the soil..which means she may not be much good for outdoor in the ground grow..she is a beaut for pots..or indoor..
I think that she will reach about an optimum 18 inches..depending on when I pollenate her..

Well..you either love it or you hate it..but those seedling looked Fine..
I did say I was having to fert my seedlings under the light..which I didn't do on the patio..
maybe you have found the ideal match. They looked Good to me.

good to see you again meaty. i think your taproot will probably live. its more like a root trim. but it depends on the baby being able to hande the stress. i love miracle grow. its what i use to start seedlings in. then when they get big enough so to handle liuid nutes i transplant in to cheap soil so i save money.

Hiya smoke long time no talk! Yeah these bagseeds are some HEAVY DUTY Indica. Just what Im looking for. The weed they come from is very nice. A lovely lavander purfume taste. They look pretty solid so I think the seed should be fine.

yo keep in mind that males need less heat, light and nutes than the females.. thats why they can endure worst growing conditions.

its just because they received really good light conditions for the first weeks (and on) so they kept the compact stucture.. they would have stretched lot more if they had normal outdoor conditions.. and anyways i would apreciate that kind of compact structure

I know what I am doing with outdoor..
I NEVER knew that males could take lower temps than females..
you learn something new every day..
but..
I didn't have any tomato plants to experiment with...
I tried everything out on them last year..as they like similar conditions..
We have been up to 23 degrees C daytime temps..but have been cold at night..and I am watching closely a northerly blast expected to hit the UK in the next couple of days.. WITH SNOW..
If France doesn't have a cross wind..we can sometimes get hit with UK Notherlies.
I will bung him back in the tent if it looks likely..
Delta9..if you are a med user..the bigger of the two is a double medical cross..and the small one is a good pain med one back-crossed with itself..

but that male/female thing this is true.. thats why a lot of times the male is the tallest/better looking plant, because they are stronger and can live with worst light conditions.

as always your plants look great mossy...to bad you can't afford to grow taller plants...they would be incredible.

A nice plot..plenty of good ferted..sweet-smelling..soil..
and a Very tall Sativa female...

Freedom to grow one in really good conditions..without persecution..and see what you could really get out of it..
Just the once would do it..
Problem here is..they are bloody building everywhere..and I would have to have access to water....the farmers have to irrigate here..just not practical..or safe..
