I love the Kottonmouth Kings! I bought their newest CD, "No. 7" back in September. Good CD too.

Some of my favorite songs from Kottonmouth Kings come from the "High Society" album that came out back in like 2000. That was when I was first introduced to the KK.

One of their newest songs, "P-Town" is prolly one of my favorite KK songs. Kinda reminds me of times gone by.

I'm down for KMK... Seen em play a couple times, got to chill backstage at San Diego/House of Blues on 12/17... Met X, Richter, Munchy, Lou Dog, and Chuckey Chuck LOL...

Munchy was a trip, he gave me a fat hug cuz I kicked him an 1/8 of some dankness. I gave some to Richter and Lou too.

X kicked me and my boy Jeff waves a sticky J to toke on too....


I listen to KMK non stop... Been listening to a lot of Kingspade lately too, and Big B...

I gotta admit, I don't usually *buy* their albums...seems like the "anti establishment" way to do it hahaha...

My favorite album is still "High Society"

I think High Society is raw and just perfect, totally broke-stoner tunes.

No.7 is tight but their starting to "Feel the fame" you can tell.. Plus with Loc gettin robbed and all the crap with Dragonworks, they are much more "hard" now...

Plus Im not into all the drugs they do on the side, but hey the tunes rock!!

If you listen to every song on every album you can see they are 100% down with the weed, especially on their 2nd and 3rd albums...

yeah, KMK are never on the radio, never on TV..nothing. they just sell records by word of mouth and concerts. I've even called XM and asked one of the dj's whey they never play any KMK..he didnt' really have an answer for me though.

I never knew KMK were into other drugs though..I thought they were basically weed smokers and beer drinkers. What other drugs do they do?

E, LSD, Shrooms... listen to "Bad Habits" and "Johnnys got a problem" and "strange daze" you'll get filled in hahaha.

They don't do coke or anything...

I met Richter, smoked with him and Lou and Munchy.. .they're really cool cats man.

D-loc mighta had a bad day or somethin he wasn't so *nice* lol.... They kept lookin at me backstage while they were playin like "who is this dork??" lol but hey I broke out the cones and a sack and it was all good.

Chuck can blaze like a MFer too, he smoked 3 big cones in a row in front of me, they definitely do blaze at shows.

And each of them drank about 8-10 beers each during the 1.5hr show... They played with Mower and someone else so it was a fairly short show. They did like 25 songs tho.

Anyway I love em... tryin to find all the KingSpade tracks, I think they have 2 'spade albums now...not sure.


Also, they are far from rich, their motorhome is about 6 yrs old, their trailer is old, lou drives a couple year old ford pickup, d-loc still has his 85 caddy... I dunno what richter is rollin but they are far from "rock stars"

I wouldn't be surprised if they are still somehow movin weight in some capacity...LOL
