I would have to agree that TopDawg has the best and I would say more importantly stable Chem genetics. I'd love to give you some suggestions, but you have to tell me what you are looking for in your chems based off flower time, height, terps, etc. if you are looking for something straight gnarly Chem check out the trestardawg or the 3chems if you can find some.

Whats the best place to get their seeds? Seedsupreme is all I'm seeing and I've never heard of them, is this the only shop?
Well I'm not going to say who's chem seeds are the best because I don't know. What I would do if I was in Cali like you is buy chem bud at a bunch of places until you find 1 you think kicks ass. Buy the clone and then hit it with pollen from something totally different then chem.. bubblegum, c99 etc. That way you can easily find a chem sided male. Then either use that on other ladies or what I would do is hit the clone again.

Cannaventure's Garlic Breath , the pheno I have my buddy found is Chem stank, with extra rank from the Hoggsbreath side. Strongest smelling plant I have. She is "louder" than GG#4, which I didn't think was possible, lol.
Connoisseur Genetics also has a wide selection of varieties with Chem in them. Reg seeds, so making F2's and searching should come up with some heavy chem pheno's.

Chems are probably my favorite weed so I want to contribute a little to this thread..
South Fork Seeds Gas Leak was a very good Chem. It was a little too much Chem 4 for my taste, but the smell and taste was AMAZING. I generally prefer the ones that are 91 dom.
Rez Chem SD looked like "meh" and had ok trichome coverage but I still remember the smell, taste, and high. Was like Chem D on steroids. Greenpoint Seeds Garlix is near the top of the list and one of the last chems I'll probably purchase because the original was so good..
Aficionado CD Special reserve is less frosty and potent then many of the other million Stardawg cuts... but again the "Chem" profile is on point. Straight chem gas on the stem rub and one of the loudest chems I have. This is supposedly the 2012 winning cut though. From the line it was pretty much just Chem 4 heavy stardawg, though my friend did find a cut that was almost as loud as this one from his pack. Better line to cross into other chems than grow by itself imo.
Top Dawg is of course Top Dawg lol. Stardawg is pretty much the backbone of like 3/4 of current "Chem" breeders. I keep mentioning Chem 4 so much, because though I like the smell and taste (not as much as the 91), and of course the yield, the high doesn't sit as well with me as 91 or Chem D. For some reason the Chem 4 gives me a hangover that I don't get from the other two mentioned, so I use that one for sleep.
Top Dawg has various versions of ONYCD and now NYC Chem f2. If I was still buying chem seeds I would go with one of those 100 percent. The lines WITHOUT Chem 4 are where you can really find and get the true chem experience imo. Don't get me wrong the 4 is some great pot, it's just the 91 and D are a step or two above it in terms of smoking experience.

IDK what Rez Chem/sd you grew but when I grew it back in 07 it was by far the frostiest plant in my room. That's over Chem D, 4, sister, 91. The male was totally caked as well, to bad she hermied and had to go.
