just wondering. i plan to use either promix hp or fox farm ocean forest soil, probably promix. it already has perlite in it, but will add alittle more, and maybe blood and bone meal. bog was a fan of using blood and bone meal. i don't hear many talking about it. anyone use it, and how much of a ratio to soil? thanks. :joint:

i add a very scientific "couple handfulls" to 6-8gallons of soil, plants love it. I also ad a handful of dolomite lime as well.

I mixed in a cup of each into the soil in my 5 gallon buckets. First time growing so we will see how it goes, but plants seem happy and healthy so far.

I mixed WAAAYYYY too rich on my first ever soil grow - and burnt the shit out of my plants... Would recommend going on the easy end and building up with experience. The 'scientific' couple-of-handfuls per big pot seems perfect in my limited current experience (happy plants, no need to feed at the moment) - can be worth adding some bat guano too for the final flowering phase...

They make some of it out of hog's blood and bones. I add a little to my compost pile, wash your hands after use.
