White widow seedling question

Hi all, been out if the scene for some time, did glass jar method for 18 hours, then paper towel for 24 hours, then planted in rock wool under a humidity dome for 2 days, then in to dwc with only Katana root stim in solution for 2 days almost.
Lighting 45w cfl placed 20 inches above seedling, is this overkill for a seedling? How does seedling look?

20 inches is pretty far away for a CFL bulb. Try it at 8-10 inches to avoid stretch. I run a 23 watt CFL over seedlings at about 5 inches distance from the plant. Also, a 6500K bulb is best for that stage of growth.

Hey Leaf, if you look there is no stretch at all, and the cfl I am using is 6500k, sorry for lack of details, thanks for info
8f 8 see signs of stretching I will surely get her closer to the light.

I started in DWC and did a few grows. Too much can go wrong and when it does it goes wrong fast. I would recommend a good quality bagged soil, a 16 oz party cup with drainage holes, then into a final pot. my 2 cents
