White Widow Organics Day 63 + BBxWWxC99.. are they done?

Finally after the long wait with organics.. my beautiful White Widow is finally done... I just wanted to let you guys get a peak before I take her into darkness toinght or tommorow for 48hrs, then the AXE!... unless you guys think I should let her go longer. She is a clone off of my FMS (female seeds co) White Widow mother. I am amazed with this plant so far.. I am a beginner and it was so easy to work with, extremely easy to clone, and grows in hydro DWC unreal. All around she is great... just cant wait to smoke her.

I have read White Widow likes long flowering times. Today is day 63... but this White Widow is a very indica pheno... so she should be really ripe at this point. I have been running Clearex through the WW for a little over a week right now. The leaves are starting to yellow.. the colors are coming out.

I also had some BBxWWxC99 from someone from an outdoor grow last year.. I managed to get 2 seeds from an OZ, they both turned out female, and I got one heavy sativa pheno, and the other a heavy indica pheno. The indica pheno is farter back in flowering than this sativa. The recorded date of when this plant went into flowering is a little cloudy. It was definatly within 2-3 days of the WW above that is on day 60. I need to know your opnions on weather these plants are done or not.

Sorry for soo many pics.. I went crazy with the digi camera and couldnt decide on which were the best pics so I just selected 1/4 of them! So should I put her in total darkness tonight and tommorow.. and pick her on friday? Or let her go until day 68 then darkness till day 70 then pick?

Well since this is my 1st good genetics harvest.. ill wait till I get opnions from you guys on the chop chop!

What do you think or a 1st real grow w/ HID's. ?

Sweet job SupraT :joint: .She looks done,do you have a mag glass to check the thrich's?Yer @ 63 and WW is a 56 day bloomer give or take.She should be pretty potent by now.Cant wait for your'e smoke report.Peace,DWW :wave:

I agree...there's a little bit of time left....1.5-2.5 weeks imho....

Check the trichs.If a couple of our mentors are saying they could use a little time then I would let them go longer. One of the biggest things I am afraid of myself is pulling to early cuz noone like premature bud.Even though some premature shit gets you high.

This is actually a great question and thread though cuz I was wondering when most people like to harvest.I am also about to harvst in a couple days. I have been planning on waiting untill I see some amber trichs so then I know they will be done.

I guess there is also alot of personal preference in this question also as some people may like the high you get off ealier picked bud. I like both myself.But in the end I would prefer tp make sure it is completely done.

Anyone know the effects of harvesting them a little late??

Btw Supra those buds look awesome. You are gonna have some killer smoke soon. :)

ok so... what plant needs 1.5-2 weeks left? The stright WW indica is at day 63.. seems long.. I do not want to overripen it. How would say.. let it go 5 more days in the flowering room, then 2 days of total darkness will bring it to day 70. I really do not want to take it any longer unless you guys say its ok.

How about the sativa BBxWWxC99? Should I just let her ride with the indica WW and chop them at the same time?

chuck.. I remember that quote myself.. not sure if it was BOG or Rez... im thinking Rez since he is the long sativa diesel flowering man! I cannt wait to plant my Petrol & Sour Diesel BX2.5 !

Pull some samples and see how the potencey is. Thats always a fun way to tell.
I think mine are just about done also.I'll have some new pics tommorrow.

Galadriel (SD X C99) day 47: She is also done I harvested some today(day56) and will take most the rest tommorrow.This stuff is the sh*t!!
