white spots underneath my leaves. No bugs underneath my leaves

Hello,

I am currently at day 100 since I placed the seed in the soil or 33 days into flowering. I have had these white spots on multiple leaves from different plants. I don't know what they are. I looked under the leaves but I did not find any bugs. What are these spots and should I be concerned?

i snapped some photos with my smartphone mounted on top of a 420 magiscope. I am thinking these are thrips.

i am going to buy some sticky traps. I aready have a 6 in oscillating fan above the plants. I will add a second oscillating fan above the medium. I am thinking of getting Spinosad and using a hand pressured sprayer to spray only the soil. I'll look into beneficials like Neoseiulus Amblyseius Cucumeri, Amblyseius swirskii. Should I do anything else? Is it a lost cause at this point?

Unfortunately, I am located in Surrey, BC, Canada. I am looking for Monterey Garden Insect Spray but I can't find a website that will ship it to my address and Home depot/lowes/Walmart canada do not carry it. Does anyone know what Canadians purchase in terms of Spinosad products to deal with Thrips in tents?

is it possible to purchase monterey garden insect spray in Vancouver, BC, Canada? This product and other Spinosad products are not on sale on Amazon Canada. I also cannot find any beneficials like Neoseiulus Amblyseius Cucumeri, Amblyseius swirskii for sale on amazon Canada. How do British Columbians deal with thrips in their indoor garden. Seeing as I am already 4 weeks into flower, can I spray insecticidal soap directly onto the grow medium (not on the buds)?

Don't really look like thrips to me. But it makes no difference really. I would hit them with a systemic insecticide that's effective for a few weeks. Perhaps one they use on tobacco plants

Those look like thrip larvae to me. The leaf damage is also consistent with a low grade thrip infestation. The sticky traps are a good component of a holistic IPM scheme, but you'll need to attack them on the foliage and in the soil as well, since they will appear in one or the other depending on their stage of development. To break the cycle and stop the damage, you must treat both. I am not a big proponent of treating soil with pesticides, and would recommend looking into Rove beetles and/or Stratiolaelaps scimitus for the soil treatment. For the foliar component I have had good luck with insecticidal soaps and Plant Therapy.
