It looks as if it's powdery mildew! Quite common in the Northwest... Spray down your plants with regular water, then using a diluted solution of baking soda and water and apply as a foilar spray... This should combat it but if it doesn't, there are biological ways using beneficial microbes...

Your correct about moisture and mold.. By the looks, it seems your plants are early in bud, or halfway... You should be fine. Trichoderma Hazianum is one of the fungal infesting organisms I believe... I have heard it's fairly effective... Soap sprays also work... Hope you correct the issue... JAH bless...

Don't overlook the value of misting with milk. I use a shotglass or two in the misting bottle shaken well with room temp water. I've used this mixture well into flower with no residue in cured buds. Others say to use non-homogonised or unprocessed milk, but I've used everything from Half & Half and other "coffee creamers" to standard vitamin D milk out of the store cooler - some work better than others but they all work without harming the plants or threatening your harvest. Grab milk or creamer from a few different brands and try them, it works for me and if doesn't for you you're only out a couple bucks versus a couple twenties.

Always research the common remedies and try them before laying out enormous amounts for chemicals, some have never tried the alternatives yet shout advertisements for stuff they were told to use once and it worked for them. Seems some have more money than skill......

POWDERY MILDEW

This stuff can haunt you for crops to come if you don't treat it with diligence.

If you support your own clone stock, spray your mamma's with sulphur (Defender) but wash off before you take clones. Mix a bit weaker than the instructions. Spray them in a 10 day cycle.

Make sure you clean the hell out of your grow room before the next crop. Spay with bleach or Iso to kill spores. It's dormant in the dust in the room waiting for the next generation.

By the time you have seen the first powder your plants you've had it for 2 weeks.

If you are getting clones from someone, look for another source. Become self supportive. It's way easier to get the problem cleared up.

I've seen infestations of Powdery Mildew that have completely turned plants white and blocked out the light. They become very weak. When it's bad enough no amount of care can rescue them.

You are early enough to keep ahead of it and still do well. You don't want to take this lightly though.

Good luck!
