White leaves qnd brown spots, help!

This plants have almost 1 month, im using soil with 6 of ph and NPK levels of 12-14-24. I was giving a mix of human urine, water and some egg shells powder till last week when i start giving them just water. Yesterday i found the lower leaves becoming white and the other plant with some brown spots. can anybody help? thanks

What bulb is that? It looks like a "normal light bulb" and that won't work, you can replace it with a CFL grow bulb and your problem should be solved. HTH, thanks!
