white larvae/yellow dotted leaves

Hi guys, as I stated in the title, I have these little yellow-ish dots on leaves of fresh clones i got, plus today i found out that on the down side of the leaves are tiny, like half a mm long larvae/catterpillars.

Anyone knows what the hell is it? Please help me ASAP, before it fucks over my whole room, thanks!

Yeah, I hope it is Thrips tabaci Lindeman. I can get rid of that easily, I was quite scared that it could be Bradysia, but not the flying one, the one that can only be killed by completely getting rid of the flowers, medium and washing everything with bleach

Use spinosad for thrips.
