White dot, small seedling

Newbie growing for the first time...

Day 0 = planting
Day 4 = seedling came up
Day 14 today

Problems started 4 days ago with cotyledon going yellow. Plant stopped growing for 3 days (day 11-13, it is growing again today). The yellowing has not spread but the leaf edges have turned white and today there is a new white spot in the middle of one of the leaves.
I thought the problem was too many nutrients, then lack of nutrients, then lack of magnesium, then overwatering.
What should I change to keep it growing without yellow and white bits?
Is it possible to overwater oasis cubes (not leaving it sitting in water) or should I stop worrying about that?
Shouldn't the roots have come out by now? Is it growing too slowly?

I'm adding photos from day 7, 12 (36 hours ago) and today (14) and a bunch more detail below you can skip :)

Thank you!

----------

Watering
I started off manually watering, approx 10ml once a day. Water was tap water that had been sitting out for at least 24 hours. 175 pmm, ph down to 5.9 almost exactly every time. It is hard to keep such a small cube from drying out so on day 9 I put it in a DWC system - just at the bottom of a net pot, the cube does not reach the water and the roots are not out, but the tiny bubbles that jump up from the airstone keep the cube moist (based on weight, I would estimate about 30% of max weight).

Feeding
Started feeding it about 36 hours ago (day 12), 6.0ph, 600ppm.

Here's the answers to a bunch of questions I found in another thread:
How long has this problem been going on? 4 days
Are you growing in a PVC grow tent? No, in a closet
What system are you running? DWC, but plant is mostly not in it yet (roots are not out of oasis starter cube yet)
What STRAIN are you growing? Blue Auto Mazar
What was the establishing technique? Seed
What is the age of your plants? 14 days from planting, 10 days since seedling came up.
How long have they been in there mixture they are in now? Since the beginning
How tall are the plants? <1 inch
What PHASE are the plants in? Seedling
What substrate/medium are you using? Oasis cube - plan to put in hydroton in net pot in DWC later
What is the Water temperature? Unknown, but like cold tap water
What color are your roots? White? Brown? Are your roots slimy? Still hidden
What Nutrient's are you using? GH 3 part
How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water? For the last 48 hours, 9ml micro, 9ml bloom, 18ml gro (GH 3 part) in 3.5 gallon (half strength useless formulafor week 1). Before that nothing
What order are you mixing your nutrients? micro, bloom then gro
What is the TDS/EC/PPM you are using? 600ppm - barely changes over days
What is the pH of the "Tank"? 6.0 - barely changes over days
How often are you testing your pH/PPM/EC/TDS? Daily - barely changes at all.
Are you sure your calibration is correct on your equipment? Pretty sure - checked 2 weeks ago.
When was your last watering? Yesterday
When was your last feeding change? 2 days ago
How often do you clean your system: example: Flush out water replace with clean water and nutrients? Will do every 2 weeks, but the manual watering was all done with "new" water
What size bulb are you using? T5 HO 48" 54W
How old is the bulbs you are using? Brand new
What is the distance to the canopy? 2" when manually watering, 5" when in the system
What is your RH Factor(Relative Humidity)? 45-52%
What is the canopy temperature? 79-81 degrees
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include flucutaion range) 79-81 degrees
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.) Unknown, fan pointing above lights about half the day.
Is the fan blowing directly at plants? No
Is your water HARD or SOFT? Hardish
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water? Tap, sitting out for > 24 hours
If using tap water, what is the ppm/EC/TDS of the water right out of the tap? 175ppm
Are you using water from a water softener? No
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned off of or pinched? No
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so, What and When? No
Are plant's infected with pest's? No

And part of my little diary:
Day 7 1 set of true leaves, 1 cotyledon still has some seed casing stuck on it which I pull off
Day 8 Falls over a bit because I underwatered it, but comes back in < 24 hours
Day 9
Day 10
Day 11 Notice ends of cotyledon are yellowing – too many nutrients? Leaves are turned down – overwatering? But it doesn't have nutrients except what is in tap water. Mg deficiency perhaps? Increase ph from 5.7 to 6.0
Day 12 Read more and find that cotyledon yellowing is probably when hydroponic plants need nutrients. Change the water bubbling under it to 6.0ph, 600ppm (first time I've given nutrients).
Day 13 Still not growing – maybe it needs to dry out more, or maybe the little specks of water reaching it do not have enough nutrient. Manually give it 20ml of nutrient water (6.0ph, 600ppm) and take it out of the system to dry a bit. Notice a little bit of white around the edge of the leaves, but the cotyledon haven't yellowed any more.
Day 14 Notice new growth for the first time in 4 days, but also a white spot in the middle of a leaf. Suspect magnesium deficiency again. Should I add some magnesium? Leaves are still turned down even after drying out

Looks like you burned it from nutes, seedling shouldn't start at anything higher then 450 ppms .I've never tried cubes do they come pre soaked or do you soak them yourself.

Thanks for the advice! I flushed the cube with 420ppm about 10 hours ago and now there is a little more growth and no new damage. Still no roots though. How long does it take (or how big are the plants) before roots to come through rapid rooters or rockwool?

The cubes come dry - they are most similar to that green stuff florists use for arranging photos. Supposed to be inert so I didn't really soak them so much as just flush the first phed water through it.

Like I said I've never it that way. I use promix hp and water with some b1 for about until the seedling looks like it is a bit hungry about two node sets. Then a low nute solution of about 400 ppms and up that every node set it gets. Try roots exelitrator or rapid root if you want to see faster results
