Which type of edible gets you high the quickest?

Hey guys,

I recently made some hash cookies which were amazing - definitely prefer the high to that of a spliff, maybe even my vape too! The only downside is that it does take about 2 hours I find for it to properly kick in, which is an annoyance in some situations (like when i want to get high immediately after work!).

I was thus wondering if there are any quicker ways to get high from edibles? I've seen a few posts about canna milk where people say it takes about 30 mins - is that the quickest do you think?

LOL i was coming in here to say the same thing!

but yeah for me its tincture. never really been into edibles because most of them are really sugaree. too much sugar amps me up.

Tinctures are definitely the quickest... the sheer number of capillaries in the mouth and throat is insane.

Second best would be any oil your body and blood type digests particularly well. Olive is good for everyone.

Yep, I vote for tinctures under the tongue and then just let it begin to coat your whole mouth. I tend to salivate a lot when I do it, so I imagine the tincture gets pretty diluted, but the onset is quick and the taste is just nice!

I remember reading that MCT oil (coconut oil) is the most bio-available oil that you can use.

For me, (after tinctures), cannamilk would be the thing that hits fastest, (about 20-30 mins. usually),
and it hits much harder than any other form of cannabis I've tried too... ++

Yeah, it can be ridiculously strong, so use with caution, (I've seen people puke/and or fall into a comma for several hours after drinking a bit too much.)

personally, i would take a few decent hits, get a nice small buzz and then eat the cookie or whatever if i was the impatient type. that way, when the buzz is gone the edible should be just about to start to kick in. but, i'm the patient type so... yea.

I've tried making candy a couple of times & it never came out right. IMO candy making is an art....looks like you nailed it!
