Which soil should I choose?

Hey,

I have to choose between two brands of soil and would like to know which one of them to pick.

1. Lambert Trio-Mer

Details :

Lambert TRIO-MER is formulated for gardens,flowers, trees & shrubs and lawn maintenance. Made of Sphagnum Peat Moss, Kelp Meal, Crab & Shrimp Flour

2. Sungro Sunshine Mix #4

Details :

Formulated with Canadian Sphagnum peat moss, coarse perlite, starter nutrient charge (with Gypsum) and dolomitic limestone.

It's the only two options I have, my hydro shop doesn't sell anything else.

What about Lambert and 25% perlite?

For my first grow, I'll be using lucas formula + silicate.

50 \50 but if i had to choose one. number one rules for so many reasons..IMHO. you can find shit to add to it anywhere. home depot has perlite,vermiculite. so dont alot of stores. stop going to the hydro store bro . theres prob a bunch of other places around ya to get your stuff. thats the beauty of soil you shouldnt be going to hydro store.lol just sayin cause if there is a hydro store nearbye there is also prob 30 other places to go .

sounds good to me. the dolomite lime is very inexpensive. I would definitely add 20% perlite at least. I bought a gallon of molasses for about 10 dollars. 1 Tbsp a week does the soil and plants good and is very cost effective.
