Hi,

if i remember well, Paradise seeds have done the real deal...

But as i've never grow this lady, i can't tell you for differences in the two versions.

They are surely some growers here who have try / see the two ladies, hope they can help you ;)

they dont make the 'original' anymore... what they make now is made with diff parents....iirc Not saying what they make now is not good.... just that it is not what they won the cup with in 1999

As far as the Super Star is concerned, it is made by Delta 9 labs and here is its description.

http://www.seedbay.com/index.php?a=1002&b=9710

Super Star is a double back cross of the legendary Sensi Star utilizing two breeding Sensi Star males. She gets her name from the amount of crystals she produces as well as the enlightening high which brings you the feeling of being a Super Star. The high is very clear and creatively inspiring. This strain is mostly indica with the uplifting properties of a typical sativa. Paradise Seed's Sensi Star, winner of Highlife and High Times awards in 1999 and 2000; has been back crossed by Delta-9 Labs with the main characteristics being chosen towards the sativa male phenotypes from the labs. Conventional wisdom says that sativas give smokers a head high in contrast to the indica body high. Super Star successfully joins the original Sensi Star with 2 powerfully selected males to produce a buzz that both stimulates the receptors and opens the chakras.
Strain Type: Indica 70 Sativa 30
Buzz: Uplifting, creativelt clear headed
Taste / Smell: Sweet, super pungent / combo of lylacs and lemons.
Flowering time: 8-8.5 weeks
Parents: Sensi Star (female) (50 ) Sensi Star (Male) (50 )
Yeild:300-500 g/m2 (1-1 2/3 oz.ft. 2)
Environment: Indoor
Flower Time: 8-8.5 weeks
Seeds 15
Environment: Indoor

We have been working with the lemony/earthy/minty version of Sensi Star, I believe it was a So Quick pick think he called it "green crack" or something. Covered in crystals, dense, good producer, great buzz.

One of the great ones for sure

I've also been working the So Quick cut since late '03 or early '04. It is a very easy plant to grow and is everything you say. I feel very lucky to have it.
:yummy: Never heard it called "green crack" before tho, and since there's already a strain called that I'm just gonna unhear that part. lol.

with respect,
hr.

Just wondering how you know that seeing as how Luc doesn't hype his parent stock at all and is notably reticent to discuss any breeding parents genetic make-up...............
