atm i have 2 growboxes with 400w hps

i am building a new box and i was wondering should i put 3*400 w hps or 2*600w?

height of the box will be 6,5 feet

so what kind of exhaust/intake should i have in a box size 2,6*13,1*6,5 ?

Basically, you need 40watts per square foot as a minimum. 50-60 watts per sq. foot would be better if you have the means to cool a room. Example..If you have a room that is 10 feet x 10 feet=100sf x 50watts per sf= 5000watts of lighting needed. Each 1000watts of light is going to put off around 3500BTU of heat. 5000watts of light will require 17,500BTU of a/c to cool the room to whatever ambient temp already existed in the room. If the room normally only gets to 74 degrees without the lights, you would need 17,500BTU air conditioner to cool it. If the room ordinarily gets hotter than that, you would need extra a/c to get the room down to 74 and to take care of the extra heat. You want to size your a/c at 75-80% max, so that it is not running all the time. If you need 17,500BTU to cool the room, you would need a 21,-24,000BTU air conditioner. I will let you do the numbers on your own space, since your figures still don't make total sense. It also depends on the growing style,as vertical lights need to have more wattage than a sog grow with horizontal lights, which concentrate more on just the growing space.

As far as intake and exhaust, it depends on whether you are going to have a closed system and use CO2 or an open system and use outside air to try to cool your room. Hope this makes some kind of sense and answers at least one of your questions.

I am assuming that you mean that your room is 13'1" x 2'6" which would be 32.5 square feet. That requires a minimum of 1300 total watts. You could use 2 400w and 1 600 watt or go with 3 600w for better efficiency.

thanks , the room is 34.7 square feet so i guess i will use 3*600 watts

i am building an open system without co2

what i am building is basically a giant box in a room whit very good a/c system
so what kind of ventilation should i equip my box with?
how strong should the exhaust/intake be?

here are the metric proportions of the box

400cm(L)*80cm(W)*200cm(H)

Do you want active intake or passive? Meaning are you going to use a fan to draw air in or use a lighttrap of some sort or darkroom vents. How are you venting? Or want to vent? Carbon filter?(HIGHLY recommended) To get you in the ballpark on exhaust- take the height times the length times width. This will give you CFM's (cubic feet per minute). You want the air to be exchanged (filtered and exhausted) 2 to 3 times. Some folks go as high as 5. Trial and error. Computer fans ain't going to work here. Using 3 lights, if you go that way, you got a load of heat to get rid. You could air cool the lights. I can't help you with cooling multiple lights. Over my paygrade. With the exhaust, you need to factor in the carbon filter drain.
Hell, I'm stoned and lost my train of thought. Hope I didn't get anything wrong (lawyer clause).

i am going for the active intake.
i will not use the carbon filter couse the smell is not a problem

so the air needs to be exchanged 3 times per minute??

Howdy , I would highly recomend going with the filter as soon as it can be installed. You say smell dont matter but always plan for that "unexpected" visit . I have no idea on what you need for ventelation . I have had problems with heat stress in a small space w/out air cooling lights . The grow shop I use has everything to hook up vents right in store , It costs a little more but is worth it to get the heat out .
Peace out
