which camera to choose?

I want to purchase a new camera for take good macro shots at my babies.
Im thinking in the Nikon P510 semi pro with a 42x optical zoom and 16mpx what do you think? it a good one or do you suggest another one?

inally end with the nikon P510 because I found a really great offer and I took it.
