I've tried their web site several times today, and the server is not found. Have they gone out of business recently, or is this just a temporary technical problem?

I've been trying all day, it's now 9 PM, and still Safari can't open the page because the server's not responding. The intro page works, where you have to say you're over 18, but I can't get past that and into the actual site. My cache is cleared, and I'm having no problems with any other websites. Strange.

Deleting your Internet cache and history can do wonders at times.
I don't much about Safari. Maybe, try another browser.
Interesting, it loads in Tor browser, but still not in Safari or Firefox. Those are the only browsers I have installed.

Microsoft actually have a good browser right now, the edge. Though I'm reluctant to try it. Oprah completes the top 3 along with firefox. Oprah is chrome based, but better. Things like VPN are built in. Though I'm not sure I use that. It's just a decent browser for when FF decides not to play
If it works in TOR then it's possible your country or isp has blocked them. TOR is accessing them from another country. It's also possible that the seed bank has chosen to not connect with your country or isp.

macOS 10.14, Safari 14.1.2. I've not tried on my phone. I generally try to avoid Microsoft and Google products, have none installed currently. Never had a problem with this website before, been buying seeds there for many years.

It works on my phone, but still won't load on my computer. Always worked before. Who know what's going on???
