I have played the trumpet for 15 years now. I have had the privilege to tour with the RCAF band, and many other concert events. I have not played in public for 6 years now, I mostly play jazz now and have the workings of a jazz band starting with some friends.

Well I used to be in choir when I was younger and was pretty active then so I have allot of vocal experience. I can play the clarinet and am teaching myself guitar. Once I learn that my wife is going to teach me to play piano. Of course I have to buy a piano. I love to play the guitar. That and a nice bowl really puts me at peace. Not trying to make any money, just doing it for my own pleasure. I do take donations though.

i'm right here :)

c = *in9;
af = 6.2831853f / l;
ac = cos(af);
aa = -c * ac + 1.f;
ad = sin(af);
ab = -c * ad;
ac -= c;
theta = atan2((ab * ac - aa * ad),(aa * ac + ab * ad));
l += (float)(polestr + 1) * l * theta * .159154943f;

free software links -

if you only want to multitrack a few recorded parts, audacity is a low install.. it's a simple multitrack wave editor.
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

if you're interested in sequencing, temper works for free, though i'd recommend being straight to read the manual
http://www.angryredplanet.com

reaper works for free and is more oriented towards processing audio (eg. timestretch and stuff)
http://www.reaper.fm/

plugins (ie. instrument, drum and effect modules) for these hosts are in the popular VST format - www.kvraudio.com has a huge database of free plugins, many of which are as good or better than commercial instruments (because they're built with love instead of profit).

there's a bunch of resources out there if that's what you want to do!
