Where to get good lebanese hash and other exotic ones ?

Greetings everyone !

Heading to Amsterdam on the 23rd. :woohoo: As usual will go mostly to imported material and I'd be glad to sample some nice lebanese hash. Looks like more and more coffeeshops are offerring some (last time i was there was in 2004 and it was scarce) which is good, does anyone knows where to score a good quality lebanese hash at fair price ?

I'm also interested in any kind of rare hashish. Browsing the web for menu photos I've seen some material from Turkmenistan, Bhutan, Kazakhstan (this one at Katsu). Any tip that can help me to trace this kind of rarely offered exotic hash will be greatly appreciated !

You already named it, go to the KATSU they have always a great range of exotic hash from all over the. Last time i was there (August 09) they had a really great hash from South Africa which was called "Sulu" it had a really heavy stoned.

Indeed I saw it on some menu photo. But the "really heavy stone" that is described makes me wonder if it's done with local strains, or imported one. How was the flavour ? I had once some South African pollen at the blue bird. Superb material that gets you zoned into hyperspace, with a very strong woodsy-musky sativa flavour.

Zulu taste is coffee and coconut, really jungly dark taste for sure.

Only thing is its texture, little to much oiled and malleable than i expect for an imported hashish.

Best wishes, dima.

Same year, i scored some Kazak in Katsu, i havent pic, it wasnt spectacular, like hard pollen bar with standar taste.

Which coffeeshop have Bhutan hashish?

Last year, 420 date, the only Lebanese i seen was in Bluebird, tasty sweet and little spicy. Pollen bar really malleable and make dark with nice texture.

August 2008 i was in Nepal and seen really soft sifted pollen. I didnt know that exist sifted hashish in Nepal, and last year in 420 Adam i seen some Nepali polm but not as extreme quality. Best was in Dampkring.

Back yesterday from A'dam, that was nice to be there after 5 years.

About the hash, I have of course sampled the Kadinsky's Trans-himalayan and it sure is a great bet, excellent stuff.
Also Hunter's Casablanca. Nice dark moroccan. A little bit expensive but excellent as well.
Ice-Mex from Bluebird is very good also, with fair price.
Also tried Katsu's Red Leb, avoid it, it's total crap. Their Moroccan Ice is near crap, don't buy. Their Citral hash is ok, but price is not justified.

yeah, always been wondering about these "sahara" hash. Well, there are oasis overthere, and some are fit for agriculture.
There are some cannabis fields grown in Algerian Sahara, in Adrar or Tindouf areas for instance (right in the middle of the desert) and Batna, but I have no idea wether these sahara-labelled hash are from there.

Hope it helps,

certainly does ,,,

must admit i do enjoy the different sahara offerings available ,slightly sweeter on occasion but normally always an acrid hashish, much like the red leb of old ,very palatable

For some reason I've only wondered and never sampled actually. Always thought it was just some fancy name and nothing else. Will sure check next time I'm in Netherland, thanks for asking hazy !

I got the best coffeeshop hash in a floating coffeeshop in Den Haag....cant remember the name but it was a delicious reddish Marrocco hash, like in the old days.

Hi!

I was in the dam in November, hadn't been there since 2003.
Must say prices are really crazy on average.

I was longing to visit Katsu (and sample their leb), but unfortunately there was a police raid when we wanted to enter...

As far as Green Place is concerned, they had only 2 different hashes, a morrocan and afghani. The weed was good quality, I especially liked the Blueberry Haze, and the faithfull Jack herer...

From what I've seen, import hash names are a big big joke, and origins as well IMO.
I sampled some excellent (pricey) morrocan in Tweede kamer the Rifman Habibi, almost too gooey to roll a spliff with, tasty as hell and very "round".Hunter had a similar one but less fresh (casablanca) and less sticky.

This was a 3 days trip with a few evenig spliffs with the missus, not a non-stop rolling session with the lads...quite pleasant actually!

I loved the Silver pearl frm Homegrown Fantasy, beautiful herb.
