where can i get black strap molasses in ontario?

Health food stores carry the best ones with the most micro nutrients in them.
Feed stores carry in bulk 5 gallons.
Online food retailers carry dried molasses. Very good also.
Grocery stores carry brands like Grandmas and Berh rabbit.

Always buy black strap un-sulfured.

have you checked the baking section of your local grocery store? Blackstrap molasses is sold in all food markets next to the honey and sugar, at least here in the USA. If you still aren't having any luck, try a gourmet cooking or health food store in your area, if you have one.

I buy mine at an grocery store that is centered on natural, organic, health foods. I mean they have candy bars and stuff--but even the chocolate is organic.
