where to buy affordable cabs?

hi fellow ic members! this is my very first post here on icmag and the people here are awesome. i want to start my very first grow within the next month and i am having a hard time finding a suitable cab within my budget. is there anywhere i can find a cab that resembles the C-13 or C-24 for less than what it would cost to buy one from home depot? thanks for your help! put your thinking caps on!

Home depot has a great one made by Mills Pride. I think the model is C24. It was about $100 with tax.

I was in my local HD the other day and they had another brand cabinet on sale. It was about 6-7 feet tall and about 1.5 feet deep and 2 feet wide and was on sale for $40. Im not sure of the brand, but it wasnt mills pride but the same exact design really for cheaper....

You should also checkout ikea, they have some pretty nice cabs too. *hint- IKEA Robin

hey bro just an idea, have you ever thought about a grow tent? A couple 2x4's and some panda film and your in business ALOT cheaper then a cab and mine works great. You can get a zipper for the door, light tite and everything.

puffinphatties: i thought about the tent, but i am trying to keep it pretty stealth so i thought a cab would be better. thanks for the advice.

I like to make appearances at Wal mart and Target for cabinets as well as Home Depot.
Most of my clients' concerns are with detection as well. I enjoy offering a converted dresser or an old entertainment cabinet depending on size availibility. These standard house hold furniture items are less suspicious also. Some even cheaper found at thrift stores and garage sales in the neighborhood. I remember one time a neighbor was throwing away a large wood cabinet that he used for storage.
My best seller is a standard dresser modified as a growing chamber.
