What with the Dutch actually starting to implement a crackdown on Cannabis tourism it leaves me wondering where is left with true decriminalization?? I'm from California so I consider myself lucky, its mostly decriminalized here other than the odd rogue cop who takes himself very seriously and hands out tickets to medical patients in spite of state law... Then of course there's the massive population of stoners who refuse to go see a doctor and get their card.
Is there anywhere where smoking/consuming/growing/having Cannabis is not a crime??
