Where/how Ebb flood tray for 140x140 (4.5x4.5) tent?

I am planning a ebb flood (or drip irrigation, but nevertheless on a tray) setup to a 140x140 (4.5x4.5) tent, but am unable to find any suitable trays. 70x70 (2.5x2.5) tray would be fine as would any other tray combination that fills the entire space, but I can't find any of these either.

Have you seen shops (preferably in EU) selling trays for this size tent? I'm afraid this will become a diy project for the tray..

Hi,i gota couple of trays from B&Q recently.they are approx 3' x 1'4".you can just fit 3 into a 4'x4' tent,but cos i have 3 NLs and 3 Nebula growing,i can fit the 3 x 11 ltr square pots nicely into each tray.For the other 3 plants (all different strains)i'm growing,i bought cat litter trays from my local hardware store for £2.50 each
I dont know .what depth you'd need tho,these are all about 2.5".Good hunting

Hi, thanks for the info. I think I've seen those and that is an option too, but of course I would prefer a system that fills the space as completely as possible.

I have been googling for this now about 6 hours total and still found absolutely none that is even close!
Some Dutch tray manufacturer has trays that are 1435mm (~4.5ft) wide but if I have understood correctly the minimum length is 2000mm (6.5ft).. Sawing the other side off and glueing / melting whatever it together might be an option

I'm beginning to lean towards topless square water channels. A little more tubing but they would do the job perfectly. Still got to find these too I'm heading to the local hardware store to see if they got square rainwater channels. They can be sawed to any length and they sell those end caps too.

Does someone have good info on square grow channels/chambers?

Edit: quick googling brought me to vinyl fencing. It comes as 127mm x 127mm pipe, a little small but if I can find tall and thin pots then maybe!
