The NORML article does state the Obvious on Prop 19 that we are still having to disobey the law in order to have the Cannabis Freedom we truly want if Prop 19 becomes law.

Let me ask this: If you are to buy a house and it is your first, do you want the house that has the pool and jacuzzi or because you wanted a house for a long time buy the one on a busy street without the pool and jacuzzi?

The Moral of the story is get the freedom you want now and don't settle for semi-legalization. Jack Herer's initiative looks to be our best bet.

I Told the meeting at Tax2010 that I thought we should work towards 2012 but at that time I thought tax2010 stood for true legalization.
