Ive been gone for a few years.I was wondering where Sweet Tooth #3 went? If ya know let me know or if ya still have it or a cross of it id love to hear about it. I had a pheno in the early 2000's that was awesome! It was so sweet, I always wanted to cross it with some super lemon lifesaver or lemon haze, wanted to call it lemonade, lol. Either way folks love ya all and lets keep overgrowing the planet.

Well awesome buddy. You know what year there from? Cause they go bad right? I just always thought they were awesome and in a world of every kind of kush you can think of and a whole bunch of name's of strains people just say. I think it would be cool to get back to connoisseur grade strains. Ya know something that stays with the grower, the true kind. (maybe my circle is too small) Either way thanks for the reply.

Beanhoarder still works with sweet tooth #3 as well, there's F2's and lots of crosses.
haven't seen any grows with those beans tho. I ran the sweet tooth 3 f2 and got all males, 1 was trifoliate. they were nice plants, just no girlzzzz. They didn't remind me of sweet tooth, having grown the original from 60 seeds acquired from breeder steve's very first sweet tooth drop. Our keeper females had an almost sweet wine flavour to them, very nice smooth sweet funk. I never found a commercial level producer in the Sweet tooth but most certainly top shelf headstash in every way but yield.
I remember our Sweet tooth females that we selected were all very similar and leaned to the sativa side. Buds were pointing spears , solid and sticky but again we never found a high yielder tho they were certainly respectable enough to keep around for 5 years hehehe
I'd be curious to try some sweet tooth workings if the beans are reasonably fresh (5 years and newer?)

TT awesome reply. When I lived on the west coast I had a badass I had a great SWT#3 she was def a heavy yielder, I'm sure I have a pic of it somewhere. Who knows where a 12 year old polaroid would be, lol. So when ya were talking about the SWT#3 f2's were they from? Deluxe or bean hoarder? I also had the same luck with delta 9 from greenhouse, bought 3 packs and all 30 were males, so never bought them again. Better luck with them next time. :)

ya sorry my post was kinda confusing LOL the sweet tooth 3 f2 I grew out this past spring were from beanhoarder thru a Canadian seed bank. I had poor germination, I think only 4 or 5 came up and only 3 had any vigor. They were cheap.... but still a waste of my time and money hehehe. I wanted to try the Deluxe Seeds version but am leary on the age of the beans as I never did get an answer on that.

my experience with the sweet wine flavoured plants we were growing in the turn of the 90's into early 2000's were the original F1 sweet tooth. I haven't grown steve's sweet tooth 3 , I was away from growing indoors and the whole scene in general while all that went on.

I wanted to echo the mention of Beanhoarder's work in regard to ST#3. Specifically, the cross he has between Federation Hawaiian Sativa and ST3.

The Hawaiian dominates in the cross, with two of the three main phenotypes expressing mostly HawSat characteristics, which is just my cup of tea .

However, the third phenotype is Sweet Tooth dominant for sure and is nice in its own regard. I ran this one outside last year and it produced a medium-sized bush with an open structure that liked to stack flowers at the ends of branches. The smell was like Sweet Pink Grapefruit with an additional lemony twist from the HawSat. Very very sweet taste and a mellow but functional Indica high--probably an 7.5/10 potency-wise. Finished Oct 1 after 8 weeks flowering. This pheno was the frostiest of the three as well.
