There are tons of mag ballasts being replaced with LED lights in companies and cities...
Who's taking advantage of this?
Someone needs to make some cash by finding out which companies are going to be doing retro-fits and/or which companies are doing the retro-fits and funneling the old ballasts to the growing community.
I can see the advertising now for "Ugly Lamps!" "They May Look Ugly but They Grow BadAss Shit!" Or something like that. Company that makes non-standard grow lamps from used streetlight and T5 ballasts from LED retrofit projects.
Lots of peeps in Colorado are looking for cheap equipment.
