really far. anything on the national database will come up. i dont know how many years back they go but its a long time

Carry bottled water poor it on your lap. Say you were speeding try to get to the bathroom. Tell the officer you pissed your pants.
Best of my knowledge... once it hits the system, it stays indefinitely... or until you pay up to have it sealed/removed.

Because the speed limit is too low? Because the jack leg you've been trapped behind in the far left lane for the last 10 miles was on a power trip and wanted to slow everyone in it to the speeds of the far right lane? Because you listened to Sammy Hagar in the 80's?
I don't know how much they have access to, but I suspect that it's somewhere between all up in our face and all up our ass.

Funny you're bringing that up.
Long time ago I coughed like crazy telling the officer coming to my window I am having an Asthma attack.
Believe me or not he let me go.
