when to pollenate

I am wondering when is it the right time to pollinate ? Ihave read that you should pol. when the hair turns red, or 1-2 weeks after sexing the plant. appreciate the info.

For maximum seeds.. depending on strain it will be 3-4 weeks after the plant sexes.

Like you say when the first hairs start to turn orange is the best indication.
