When to Flush?

hey umm i been reading everything on flushing on this forum and i gathered i should flower 2 weeks before harvest.

Promix soil, FF nutes, AK47 from serious (short bushy pheno).

i looked at the trichs and it seems almost 40/60 clear/cloudy

and also notice on 1, ONLY 1 shoot had amber trichs.

should i start flushing and how long do you think for the triches to go 50/50 cloudy/amber. i been really patient with this grow and want to expect the best i can do. Looking for sum couchlock, put your ass to sleep smoke...imma typical insomniac

last week before you plan to harvest i would give the soil a good leaching then let the plants go as long as the whole week without water too. this serves 2 purposes..1st you've flushed and the remaining ferts will be expended due the dry out...2cnd the plants will be easier to dry out after the chop because lack over moisture.

another good trick is to keep them in the dark the last 3 days before chop too!!! this will force out the last bit of tric production and muturity :wink:

yes sorry dude...leaching in laymens terms is pouring ALOT of water thru your soil...=flushing.

thx again for the info regicide, hmm might as well ask this...at what point should i flush going by trichs, i am trying to get 50/50 amber cloudy, def want it as potent as possible. thx again regicide

sounds to me..(from what i read) that your close to the couchlock you want.
if your 50/50 cloudy amber or maybe i read wrong. anyway in my experience...the shades takes a week at a time so give it another week before you do your flush. keep in mind..after the flush ya still got another week bfore the chop and they'll keep maturing during this time too. when your finally finished your ak is gonna put you down! thats some(seriously) good smoke..lol

I've grown numerous strains in soil and never see a reason to flush the soil,hydro is different.I just stop ferting the last week or so and never ever taste any bad in my erb

yea regicide i am looking for couchlock and i thing 50/50 will do it
