GHi,

As I have no practical epxerience with soil gorwn plants, I need some advice on when to switch this plants to a 12/12 lighting schedule. The stick of gum is there for size reference. The plant has never been pruned or anything at all. I just germned the seeds, placed them in Rockwool cunes and planted those into pots with good potting soil and Perlite (25%) and fed them with Formulex nutrients.
They are all under a Duo-flo 110 w flourescent lamp but I have a 600w HPS ready to go in there whnever I need it. A small fan is present as well, constantly blowing to strengthen the stems and branches.

Any advice from more experienced soil growers would certainly be appreciated! The two plants in front are both Indo Deisel, and the others in the background are G13 X HBS and ultra-thai X Skunk. All started at the same time.

Thanks in advance for any help you all can offer! All the best!

Unless you want to flower the plant early for some reason,I always wait until the plant shows alternating nodes or preflowers. You're not even close yet maybe another 3 weeks or so

That's the kind of thing I need to know, mate. Thank you! I'll keep an eye on the nodes and wait. Anything else you can tell me that would be helpful overall?

Thanks again!

I would re-pot that stretched one in the left back to a bigger pot and burry the stem under soil...roots will grow from the stem and you'll have more roots and a faster growth rate !
I agree with Skeletor, wait for alternating nodes and flower then. With that number of plants you want them to grow BIG and yield a lot so better wait a bit ! ;)

Once again you folks have come through with excellent information. I really appreciate it. I'll get that long-legged wench settled into a new, larger pot and fill 'er up to the top wih good potting soil and some Perlite.

Thanks for the great information guys! All the best!
