When to flower in 1 gallons?

Currently sitting at day 30 from seed for my grandpa's stash R2. Its been 10 days since I've transplanted into the Rain Science one gallons from 9oz solo cups. I was thinking about starting flower tonight. How long a veg do yall recommend for for 1 gallons with coco/perlite 70/30?

I would flip now. If it was me I would also bend the tops (LST) so your lower branches catch up to your top giving a more even canopy. Lookin healthy, good luck.

The longer the veg the better the buds and yield in my opinion. One thing to remember when flowering in one-gallon pots is you will need 1 or 2 trellises to keep the plants from falling over. Are those already sexed or are they fem plants? Here are photos of a 12/12 from seed to flower without any veg in 1-gallon pots😎

The main thing to worry about with container size in relationship of when to start flowering is whether or not there is enough room for the plants to grow roots into during the stretch phase of flower (first 2-3 weeks of 12/12) without becoming root bound. The reason being you don't want to have to transplant during flower and risk stalling the flowering process due to potential transplant shock. I mean you can go straight to 12/12 as soon as a seed sprouts which many people do to control plant size when they have limited head room. Once a plant gets past the stretch phase root development pretty much stops. So if I were you and I wanted to flower in those pots and based on you saying you transplanted them 10 days ago, I'd switch to flower now or within the next few days. Otherwise if head room wasn't an issue I'd veg them another 30 days, transplant them into maybe a 2 or 3 gallon pot and then switch them to 12/12. Keeping in mind that during the stretch phase it's typical for a plant to double and even triple in size.

When to flip is super dependent on what strain you're growing. If that was a straight sativa you'd be a couple weeks late already. Looks like a mostly indica though, and with that spacing I'd guess you're maybe a couple days late but close enough. Definitely time to flip though.

I should mention now is also a good moment to remove any little scraggly branches that are lurking at the bottoms of those. They're about to get shaded out as the canopy nits together, no point having the plant waste energy on them.

Flip um now, or top um and get a bit of width going on.
Personally I would top them, and establish some side growth. 6 or 8 good branches per plant. That will spread over a net easy. If you flip now, it might be just a big head per plant. A mold risk.

f-e is right about a mold risk because you have your plants very close together. If you don't have plenty of air movement around your plants you can be at risk for mold. 😎

Air circulation is important and so is the humidity of that air. What kind of humidity numbers are you seeing? The hihjest numbers will be at night when the lights are off so make sure to check then as well or use hygrometer with a memory so you can see in the morning. As long as your humidity is in a good range and you have a little fan in there you shouldn't be afraid to grow some nice big buds.

Really appreciate all the advice! Here they are 4 days into flower. I have two oscillating fans on the canopy so hopefully that will be enough air movement for them to not risk molding. Also have an oscillating fan on the floor with a active intake blasting in fresh air.

They look very happy :)
On the topic of stats, the inkbird is quite good. There are a few sizes, which amount to different size screens and the battery type used. The general function is a temp/humidity reading. The twist is the bluetooth connection. Using their app, you can download what's been going on recently. I'm not sure how many data points it holds, but it's not been limiting. It seems to know what's happened since the batteries went in months ago. Any time of day.
